Hidden away in the countryside of the Royal County of Berkshire, within “touching distance” of the Hampshire border, you will find Ravenswing Park. The Park has one hundred and fifty homes set in 20 acres surrounded by woodland and open countryside. Nearby is the village of Tadley where a full range of shops and businesses cover your everyday needs.
As well as a supermarket and general shops; Tadley boasts its own library, post office, local medical centre, bank and church. A regular bus service runs from the village to neighbouring towns and further afield. The larger shopping expeditions are catered for by a short journey away in Basingstoke, Newbury or Reading.
Each of these town centres have their own identity, from the high street and side road charm of the market town of Newbury, to the more modern shopping areas of both Basingstoke and Reading.
In your leisure time you can find plenty to do around the local area from country walks to fishing; bowls to swimming; visiting the local library to visiting one of the many local inns (where good food can be found) or if you feel lucky a visit to Newbury Races to either have a flutter or just enjoy the day out.
